GUARDIAN is seeking a qualified, professional, and energetic career-oriented problem solver to join our office and Customer Support department. Position involves all aspects of Out Bound Marketing, sales appointment scheduling & support as well as front line customer service.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Manage call center and schedulers booking appointments for Sales department from leads generated through various marketing activities.
  • Follow up on new customer inquiries as needed.
  • Learn Guardian's systems to establish a high level of competency in customer communication.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities.
  • Confer with prospects to assess wants and needs and to determine requirements and options.
  • Collaborate with management team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company services, and to provide sales support.
  • Provide support for company activities including: Customer service, Sales, Marketing, Production.
  • Execute pro-active outbound appointment scheduling calls.
  • Perform follow up calls to ensure proper lead nurturing and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing and re-marketing efforts.
  • Maintain customer contacts in CRM database.
  • Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of communication with customers and progression of new sales.

Experience and Education:

  • Min. 1 yrs. Experience working with public in Customer Service type role or similar applicable type experience.
  • Proficiency in use of office equipment, computer software, CRM systems, database management, telephone systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Starting at $24.00 - $28.00 Depending On Experience with a chance to earn extra!!!
