Job Summary:

A leading software company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing first-level technical support, training clients, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

2- Provide immediate solutions or escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.

3- Log and track all customer interactions in the CRM system.

4- Follow up on complaints and ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

5- Train customers on how to use the system effectively.

6- Communicate with potential and interested clients and follow up regularly.

7- Prepare educational and how-to videos for system usage.

8- Support field technicians and installation representatives when needed.

9- Collaborate closely with development and technical support teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration).

Previous experience +3 years in customer service (preferably in software or tech industry).

Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

Fast learner with the ability to understand and support software-based solutions

3 days from 9 AM to 5 PM at the company & 3 days from 5 PM to 1 AM Remotly
