Banking Customer Service Specialist

Concentrix is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for helping others to grow their career in the banking industry.

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries with accuracy and empathy. You'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 6 months in a customer service role.
  • University graduate.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to E£21,800.00 per month
