Customer Service Agent (English Account):

Location: October, Smart Village

Salary: 20,000 EGP Gross

Job Type: Full-Time

We are a leading company in the industry, known for our commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our English account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Achieve performance targets in line with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduates only.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency at level B2 or above.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
