Call Center Specialist

COIT CleaningRestoration Services is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our work family as a Call Center Specialist referred to as CSR. Call Center Specialist Answer incoming calls from customers, collect information and schedule appointments for Cleaning Consultants or Specialists, and provide information on services COIT provides.

We will provide you with hands on PAID training.

Call Center Specialist Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Obtain accurate information from the customer and complete customer database.
• Educate the customer on available services options and benefits of services.
• Follow scripts in a conversational and natural format while adding personality.
• Support our consultants/specialists via appointment verification, rescheduling and relaying same day service information.
• Schedule appointment for Cleaning Consultants or Specialists to go to customers based on information provided.
• Ask customers for additional business and successfully sell add-on services and products.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Maintain organization with customer invoices and routes on daily basis.

Call Center Specialist Requirements:

• Have strong customer service skills and handle challenging situations in a professional manner and able to make a good first impression with customers.
• Outstanding personal skills and the ability to think on your feet is a necessity.
• Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Must have a courteous and clear telephone voice. Have strong communication, listening, and math skills.
• Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
• Previous customer service, Call Center, CSR, or related experience desired.
• Correct English usage: oral and written instructions.
• Microsoft Office suite and computer/email experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Background CheckDrug Screen
