Call Center specialist

Title: Call Center Executive (Onsite - Office based job)

Shift Timings: 2pm-11pm

Location: Bahawalpur (Onsite)

We are on the lookout for someone (Onsite - Office based) who can manage Candidates Calling / checking their availability for new role / Managing interview with clients. Experience in International Sales will be preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should have good phone etiquettes in communicating over the phone
  • Having regular communication with client's to build and develop positive long lasting relationships.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of Daily /Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • He / She should also be comfortable using computers for email, MS Office, Google+ and browsing on the internet
  • Good team worker Patient, determined and motivated Skills: Story Teller, Pro Active, Sharp, Good Communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Spoken English
