Call Center Specialist

In this role, you’ll support multiple spa locations by assisting guests with bookings, answering questions, recommending services, and ensuring every interaction feels warm, professional, and seamless. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, sales through service, and making someone’s day better with one phone call—this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls promptly with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa appointments accurately
• Provide guests with information on services, pricing, promotions, and policies
• Recommend enhancements, upgrades, and add-ons to elevate the guest experience
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up after visits
• Maintain accurate guest notes and records in booking systems
• Coordinate with spa teams regarding schedules, preferences, and special requests
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Meet performance goals including booking conversion, quality, and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or call center environments
• Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly phone presence
• Comfortable using computers, booking software, and multitasking between systems
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bonus Points For

• Spa, wellness, hotel, or resort experience
• Upselling or sales experience in a service environment
• Experience using appointment scheduling software
