We need an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to work in the front office at our busy Fort Myers office and also work at our call center. This is a combination of positions for front desk at Lee Dental Care and Call Center Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude towards fellow team members and patients alike. You must be motivated, energetic, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. We invest in the professional development of all our team members, so you must be willing to learn new technologies and processes and to accept coaching from experienced team members.

Position Requirements:

• Comfortable in an all-digital, paperless office environment
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes
• Willing to accept coaching from experienced office staff
• Work early mornings as needed

• Dental office experience a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills
