Call Center Specialist (Female) – Health Tourism & Medical Services

We are a health tourism and medical services company seeking a female Call Center Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage patient communication in the fields of Medical Aesthetics, Gynecology, and IVF (In Vitro Fertilization).

Job Description:

• Communicate with domestic and international patients via phone and WhatsApp
• Provide accurate and clear preliminary information about medical aesthetic and gynecological procedures
• Analyze patient needs and direct them to the relevant departments
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and treatment processes
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the CRM system
• Follow up with patients with a strong focus on sales and conversion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Health Management, Nursing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Basic knowledge of medical aesthetics and/or gynecology
• Experience in health tourism or private healthcare institutions is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong persuasion skills with a sales-oriented mindset
