Call Center Supervisor

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, has a full-time Supervisor position available. This position is remote but will require you to pick up equipment in Pittsburgh, PA.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives that assist customers with MA Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and related tasks.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience with call center operations required.
  • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
  • Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
  • Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
