Position: Call Center Trainer

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night Shift: 7 PM – 5 AM)

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Role Overview:

As a Call Center Trainer, you will design and deliver impactful training programs for both new hires and existing employees. From communication and customer service to compliance and sales skills, your role will focus on building confident, motivated, and high-performing agents who drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured onboarding training for new employees.
• Deliver engaging sessions on communication, sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Provide refresher training to address performance gaps.
• Monitor live and recorded calls, giving constructive feedback to agents.
• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Develop and update training manuals, presentations, and guides.
• Evaluate and report on training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience as a trainer or team lead in a call center (BPO industry preferred).
• Strong ability to engage, motivate, and manage groups.
• Knowledge of call center processes, sales, and customer service practices.
• Proactive, organized, and confident personality.
