What You’ll Do:
As a Call Center Trainer, you’ll be responsible for equipping our Customer Service & Sales Associates with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to excel in their roles. From onboarding new hires to refining the expertise of seasoned team members, your training sessions will be engaging, informative, and full of energy. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce—one learning experience at a time.
