  • Making calls: Tele callers make outbound calls to potential customers, clients, or partners.
  • Introducing the product/service: They provide information about the product or service that the company is offering and explain its benefits.
  • Answering questions: Tele callers must be knowledgeable about the product or service and be able to answer any questions that potential customers may have.
  • Persuading customers: They must be persuasive and convincing in order to sell the product or service.
  • Meeting targets: Tele callers are often given targets to meet, such as the number of calls made, appointments booked, or sales closed.
  • Maintaining records: They keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Following up: Tele callers follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the product or service, and continue to build relationships with existing customers.
  • Customer service: They handle customer complaints and queries, and try to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
