Job Title: Call Center Agent (Arabic / English / Urdu)

Job Summary:
Padra Medical Center is seeking a professional, patient-focused Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about medical services while ensuring an excellent patient experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, treatments, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding doctors, departments, and medical services.
  • Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and feedback.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff concerning patient schedules.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the CRM / HIS system.
  • Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/HIS systems is an advantage.
