About The Role

The Novo Tower is building a high-performance call centre team to engage both international and local clients. We are looking for confident, energetic, and communication-driven individuals who can represent a premium real estate project with professionalism and results-driven focus.

This role combines lead generation, cold calling, client consultation, and deal closing, making it ideal for candidates who want to grow in sales, communication, and international client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales calls to international and local clients
• Generate and qualify high-potential leads for real estate investments
• Deliver professional project presentations over calls
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations confidently
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
• Convert leads into successful sales closures
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal finalization

Language Requirements (Compulsory)

• Fluent American or British English (for overseas clients – mandatory)
• Strong Urdu communication skills (for local market handling)

Required Skills & Profile

• Excellent spoken communication & persuasion skills
• Strong confidence, clarity, and professional tone
• Ability to handle international clients and cultural understanding
• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
• Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn
• Strong customer handling and objection management skills
• Good listening, negotiation, and closing ability

Experience

• Fresh to 2 years of experience in call centre / sales / real estate preferred
• Candidates with international call centre experience will be highly preferred
