Job Title - Call Centre Escalation Specialist (Arabic Speakers) - 6 Months Contract

Type - Outsourced

Contract Duration - 6 months Contract

Work Location - Dubai

Salary - 5500 AED

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with proven ability to handle escalations and complex complaints.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer issues.
  • Investigate cases, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, brand partners) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed case records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements.
