Position Overview:
The Call Centre Executive (Arabic Speaker) will be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound calls for a cosmetic and aesthetic centre. The role involves providing accurate information about treatments and services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed information on cosmetic, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
- Manage inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email channels.
- Follow up with clients regarding their appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the front desk and medical team for smooth client flow.
- Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.
- Support promotional campaigns by reaching out to potential leads and clients.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure client confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic (mandatory).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM or clinic management software.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
