Call Centre Fronter

We’re hiring a Call Centre Fronter to handle outbound calls to international clients and generate initial interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners
• Deliver a short, confident pitch
• Convince prospects
• Handle basic objections professionally
• Log all calls accurately in the system
• Share interested leads with the team in real-time

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English (neutral/US accent preferred)
• Confident, clear communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain call volume
• Basic understanding of sales/cold calling

Targets:

• 40 daily pickups
• Consistent lead generation

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary with hefty commissions
