Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required
Provide information, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints professionally
Record and update customer details in relevant systems
Follow scripts, procedures, and service standards
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Meet performance and response time targets
