We are seeking Call Centre Representative to join our growing customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic and English
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Arabic Language will be an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.

- Attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately.

- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
