Job Title: Call Leads Executive (B2C – Real Estate)

Job Summary

SRS Developers is seeking a confident and result-oriented Call Leads Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team by converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads
  • Handle inbound calls from social media, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and portals
  • Explain project details including location, features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Identify and qualify customer needs and investment interests
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads systematically
  • Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM or lead sheets
  • Coordinate with sales managers to assist in deal closures
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
  • Maintain professional communication and brand representation of SRS Developers

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1–3 years experience in call leads, tele sales, or real estate sales (preferred)
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply

Core Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu & English (Punjabi is a plus)
  • Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
  • Active listening and customer handling skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools (preferred)
  • Ability to handle WhatsApp, email, and follow-up communication
