About the Role:

We are seeking a Call Outreach Representative to proactively reach out to potential clients, introduce them to Impleko AI’s innovative solutions, and schedule meetings for the sales team. You will explain complex AI and automation services in simple, business-friendly language, helping clients understand how our solutions can solve their operational challenges.

Services offered include AI voice agents, AI chatbots, workflow and business process automation, AI-powered dashboards, and custom AI product development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.

-Explain Impleko AI’s services in simple, clear language.

-Identify client needs and qualify leads.

-Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

-Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Requirements:

-1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling or client outreach.

-Exposure to the US and UAE audience

-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to explain technical services in simple terms.
