Call QA Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Call QA Specialist to evaluate sales calls, ensure quality standards are met, and provide feedback to improve overall performance of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls for quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with company scripts and standards
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Identify gaps in communication and sales approach
• Maintain QA reports and performance records

Requirements

• Prior experience in Sales and Call Quality Assurance (required)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to evaluate calls effectively and provide feedback
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
