Call Quality Analyst

Job Location: Janakpuri East, West Delhi- 110058

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Min. 6 months experience in quality monitoring or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of quality monitoring tools and techniques, including call recording and speech analytics software
• Familiarity with the BEST QM standards
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Lead the creation and design of comprehensive training programs, including technical, leadership and soft skills courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content that addresses the specific needs of various departments and teams.
• Ensure the training content aligns with business goals, compliance standards and the learning needs of employees.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training programs and initiatives, including planning, execution and post-delivery evaluation.
• Develop project timelines, milestones and deliverables for training initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of programs across the organization.
• Oversee the delivery of training through various formats, including virtual, in-person and e-learning platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
