We are hiring for a reputed leading bank in the UAE for the role of Call Verification Officer in the banking/financial services department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound verification calls to customers after loan/credit card applications
- Verify customer identity, documents, and application details as per bank compliance
- Ensure customer consent is properly confirmed and recorded
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and call documentation
- Identify discrepancies, incomplete applications, or suspicious cases and escalate accordingly
- Follow strict banking guidelines including KYC and AML policies
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for clarification when required
- Meet daily/weekly call verification targets and turnaround timelines
- Ensure professional customer interaction at all times
Requirements:
- Arabic & English speaking (Mandatory)
- Must be on Spouse Visa (Husband/Wife visa only)
- Previous experience in banking, call verification, or call center preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of banking products (loans/credit cards) is an advantage
