Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Calling Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product or service information, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales or collections activities depending on the business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers/leads for sales, collections, surveys, or follow-ups.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM systems and update relevant details.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow call scripts and company communication guidelines.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred).
  • Previous experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [required languages].
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
