Calling Agent

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and results-driven Calling Manager to lead and manage our calling operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English verbal communication skills, a professional tone, and the ability to manage and train a team of callers effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) — strong pronunciation, grammar, and listening skills are essential.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or calling/customer support role.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

• Salary: Competitive — based on experience and performance.
