Core responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls: Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist customers with a variety of inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Resolve problems: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide information: Deliver accurate and detailed information about products, services, policies, and billing.
  • Document interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within a CRM system.
  • Process transactions: Handle orders, payments, and other account-related transactions.
  • Timing: 2:00pm to 10:30pm (males)
  • 2:00pm to 9:30pm (female)
