Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Cosmo Salon (Only Females)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cosmo Salon. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making review calls to our clients after they visit the salon. You will provide an excellent customer service experience in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients after they visited Cosmo Salon to review their experience
• Ensure that clients are satisfied with their experience and answer any queries
• Record any feedback from clients in our customer service database
• Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software
• Female applicants only

Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
