Job Title: Calling Agent – Female
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Location: RJ Mall (Gulistan-e-Johar or nearby residents preferred)

One of our clients is hiring a Calling Agent to connect with potential clients in Europe and the UK. The role requires strong English communication, confidence, and a willingness to learn business development practices.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Office timing when called: 9 AM – 6 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Cold calls & follow-up calls to generate leads and arrange meetings Business Developer (Calling Age…
• Review CRM data and prepare personalized scripts
• Record feedback & update client status in CRM
• Schedule follow-ups and track client engagement
• Prepare daily call reports and provide feedback to BD team
• Assist with administrative tasks: planning, project setup, monitoring, reporting, workflow documentation, desk research
• Participate in structured training and ongoing skill development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent English verbal communication
• Confident and professional phone handling
• Basic understanding of Google Docs/Sheets or CRM tools
• Ability to multitask
• Motivated, honest, and eager to learn
• Full-time availability, 6 days a week

1-month PAID training on calling, CRM, sales scripts

VOIP number and dialer software provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
