Calling agents - DME Campaign

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring experienced and results-oriented Calling Agents for our US-based DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a DME campaign or a similar US healthcare process, along with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential US customers using provided leads.
• Present and explain DME products in a clear and professional manner.
• Verify customer details, eligibility, and required medical information.
• Effectively handle objections and build strong customer rapport.
• Generate qualified leads and transfer them to the concerned department.
• Accurately record call details and maintain system updates.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a DME campaign (required).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (US timings).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dialing tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and target-driven mindset.

Job Details:

• Location: On-site (Karachi)
• Shift: 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• Salary: Competitive base salary + attractive incentives
