Calling agents - DME Experienced

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and persuasive Calling Agents to join our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to eligible individuals in the U.S., educating them about DME products such as braces and qualifying them. Your goal is to generate leads or transfer interested patients to our verification or sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (typically U.S. senior citizens).
• Introduce and explain DME products such as braces etc.
• Transfer qualified leads to the verification/sales department.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle objections and answer basic questions about DME products.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in DME campaign is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare, Medicare, and DME industry is a plus.
• Basic computer skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic salary with bonuses up to 80,000!
