Calling Executive

Jammu, India

We are looking for a motivated and confident Calling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound/inbound calls to customers to promote products/services, handle queries, or gather information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to inform them about products/services or follow up on leads.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or resolve issues.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM databases.
  • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
  • Provide accurate information and offer solutions based on customer needs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a calling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
