Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls for lead generation and client outreach.
• Conduct cold calling to potential clients in the IT/ERP domain.
• Maintain call records and update CRM with accurate information.
• Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
• Ensure professional communication and relationship building with clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (preferably in IT/software companies).
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Proven experience in lead generation & cold calling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
