Telecaller & Sales Executive (Work from Home)

Job Summary:

Designer Mindz, a top design and digital agency in India, is hiring a Telecaller & Sales Executive to promote our services and bring in new clients. Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with potential clients to explain our services.
• Promote Website Design, E-commerce Development, App Design, Branding, Packaging, Social Media Management, SEO, and Digital Marketing solutions.
• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Achieve the monthly sales target of ₹2,00,000.

Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (on achieving monthly target of ₹2,00,000).
• Commission: 10–15% commission on all sales beyond the target.
• Incentives: Performance-based rewards & growth opportunities.
• Earning Potential: Unlimited — high sales mean higher commission.
• If target is not achieved – No fixed salary will be paid.
• Work Mode: 100% Work From Home.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales (IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Must be target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
