Job Summary

FleetGo, a leading logistics and courier solutions provider, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote services and address inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate shipment updates.
• Coordinate with the operations team for pickup, delivery, and tracking of consignments.
• Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow up on pending issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling and arranging courier/logistics services as per customer requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling/customer service (logistics or courier industry preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
