Camera & Drone Operator

About the Role

Capital Smart City is hiring a skilled Camera & Drone Operator to capture cinematic aerial and ground visuals for brand, construction, and event content. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to deliver premium, stable, and professional footage that reflects the smart-city’s innovation and luxury lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate DJI drones (Mini, Air, Mavic, Inspire) for aerial footage and progress shots.
• Film and photograph with mirrorless/DSLR cameras (Sony/Canon) using gimbals (DJIRonin) for smooth cinematic motion.
• Capture architecture, interiors, events, and lifestyle visuals with proper framing, exposure, and composition.
• Maintain and manage all gear — ensure batteries, SD cards, and backups are always ready.
• Hand over labeled raw footage; basic editing/color grading is a plus.
• Coordinate with marketing/content teams, plan shoots, scout locations, and deliver on schedule.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional drone + camera experience (real estate or corporate preferred).
• Licensed drone operator preferred.
• Strong understanding of manual camera settings, 4K workflows, and LUT basics.
• Expertise in gimbal handling and cinematic storytelling.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites.
• Disciplined, reliable, and focused on quality visuals — no shaky or missed shots.
