Job Title: Photographer / Videographer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality photos and videos of our ongoing and completed projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting project sites, documenting progress, and producing engaging visual content that represents our brand and work quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit various project sites to capture raw photos and videos as per the project schedule.
• Ensure all visual content accurately reflects the project’s quality, scale, and progress.
• Operate professional camera and video equipment efficiently in different environments.
• Maintain and organize all photo and video files systematically for easy access.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to understand visual requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photographer and/or videographer (portfolio required).
• Ability to travel frequently to different sites.
• Knowledge of camera operations, framing, lighting, and composition.
• Basic video and photo editing skills (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Photography, Media, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or architectural photography is a plus.
• Own professional camera and equipment (preferred).
