Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to drive high ROI and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for better CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding methods.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Keep up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets efficiently and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel for tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of ad copywriting, creative strategy, and landing page optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing teams.
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization and automation tools.
- Understanding of social media trends and how they impact ad performance.
- Background in managing high-budget ad campaigns.
