Position Summary

We are recruiting a highly skilled Cameraman & Video Editor to lead our visual storytelling efforts. This role requires a technical expert capable of executing the full production lifecycle—from shooting high-quality property tours to advanced post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Cinematography: Execute professional-grade video shoots of luxury villas, apartments, and land parcels, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and composition.
• Post-Production: Perform advanced editing using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) to produce cinematic property tours and promotional videos.
• Visual Storytelling: Capture the unique selling points of each property listing to create compelling narratives for prospective buyers.
• Equipment Management: Mandatory utilization of own professional-grade equipment (camera, tripod, lighting, audio gear) to ensure operational readiness for all shoots.
• Independence: Manage the production pipeline autonomously, from on-site shooting to final delivery, ensuring adherence to agency brand guidelines.
• Format Optimization: Edit content specifically optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Website) to drive engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cinematography and video editing.
• Background: Prior tenure with a creative agency or active employment in a corporate media role is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of editing software and camera operation.
• Equipment: Candidates must possess their own professional camera and essential shooting equipment.
• Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of architectural shooting and storytelling is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
