Job Title: Camp Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a Camp Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities of a project camp. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a construction camp environment, and be capable of ensuring smooth camp operations, staff welfare, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Maintain records related to camp occupancy, attendance, and assets
- Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and security service providers
- Handle camp inventory, consumables, and basic procurement follow‑up
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline standards are maintained at the camp
- Act as a point of contact between camp residents, site management, and HR/Admin
- Handle basic staff grievances related to camp facilities
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp activities and issues
- Support mobilization and demobilization of employees at the camp
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Camp Administrator or similar role
- Construction industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently at site camps
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large workmen camps
- Knowledge of local labor and accommodation standards
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
