Job Title: Camp Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Camp Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities of a project camp. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a construction camp environment, and be capable of ensuring smooth camp operations, staff welfare, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Maintain records related to camp occupancy, attendance, and assets
  • Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and security service providers
  • Handle camp inventory, consumables, and basic procurement follow‑up
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline standards are maintained at the camp
  • Act as a point of contact between camp residents, site management, and HR/Admin
  • Handle basic staff grievances related to camp facilities
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp activities and issues
  • Support mobilization and demobilization of employees at the camp

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Camp Administrator or similar role
  • Construction industry experience is highly preferred
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently at site camps
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large workmen camps
  • Knowledge of local labor and accommodation standards
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
