Camp Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize IVF awareness and fertility camps
• Coordinate with doctors, marketing team, and management for camp schedules
• Identify and finalize camp locations in consultation with management
• Arrange logistics (venue, equipment, promotional materials, registration desk)
• Coordinate with local clinics, hospitals, and referral partners
• Promote camps through field visits, calls, and community outreach
• Manage patient registration and data collection during camps
• Counsel patients about IVF services and guide them for further consultation
• Maintain follow-up records of camp leads and conversions
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp performance and patient footfall
• Ensure proper branding and promotional material display at camp sites
• Handle patient queries and provide basic information about fertility treatments
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling for interested patients to visit the IVF center
• Ensure smooth execution of the camp from setup to closure

Qualification:

• Graduate in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred)
• Experience in hospital/IVF/reproductive health setup preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
