Camp Boss

We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations and management of our on-site accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment for all camp residents while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the camp including accommodation, catering, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee operations, housekeeping, security, logistical and other support teams.
• Monitor inventory and manage procurement of camp supplies and equipment.
• Address resident concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive living experience.
• Prepare regular reports on camp activities, incidents, and maintenance needs for senior management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in camp management or similar roles within HSE or related industries.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate multiple operations simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with residents and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving oriented with the ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts.
• Relevant certifications or training in health and safety is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
