CAMP BOSS

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and supervise the daily operations of our workers’ accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure the camp runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and discipline while coordinating with catering, maintenance, and transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day camp operations and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all facilities.
• Supervise food preparation and catering arrangements.
• Maintain proper records of camp residents, assets, and maintenance schedules.
• Handle accommodation allocations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Coordinate with HR and Administration for employee welfare and logistics.
• Manage inventory of supplies and report shortages.
• Enforce company policies and maintain discipline among camp residents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping, catering, and maintenance operations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multicultural staff and handle issues calmly.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Working Hours: 10 hours per day / 6 days a week
Contract: 1 year (extendable)
Accommodation & Food: Provided by company
Salary: Based on experience

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
