Camp Boss

We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all camp residents. This role involves managing staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of camp facilities in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality setting within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage camp operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to maintain high standards.

- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to foster a productive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure quality supplies and services.

- Address and resolve camp residents' concerns promptly and effectively.

- Maintain accurate records related to camp operations, inventory, and staffing.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar managerial role in hospitality or related fields.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in camp or hospitality environments.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Experience working in the UAE or similar cultural environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
