Camp Boss

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations and overall management of our labor camp. The Camp Boss will ensure the safety, cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the camp, while coordinating with internal departments and addressing employee needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:Camp Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations and ensure all facilities are functioning smoothly.
• Manage room allocations, maintain updated occupancy records, and monitor camp capacity.
• Record keeping and distribution of essential materials to the labourers.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facility management teams for timely issue resolution.

Safety, Security & Discipline

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure proper monitoring of camp entrances and exits.
• Address and resolve disciplinary issues among camp residents in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure fire safety and emergency procedures are in place.

Welfare & Administration

• Handle employee concerns and provide support regarding accommodation requirements.
• Ensure proper upkeep of common areas, including kitchens, toilets, and recreational spaces.
• Monitor housekeeping schedules and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records related to camp supplies, inventory, and utilities.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on camp operations, occupancy, and issues.
• Coordinate with HR, operations, transportation, and catering teams for smooth camp functioning.
• Ensure timely action on company or management instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp management, facility supervision, or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of camp maintenance, safety protocols, and administration.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, reporting).
• Fluency in English, Arabic; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing labor camps in the UAE or GCC.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle staff from diverse backgrounds.

NOTE: Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
