Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee daily camp operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively handle a workforce of 500+ employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing camps with 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in preparing mobilization and demobilization reports.
• Willingness to relocate to offshore sites if required.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in offshore locations is an added advantage.
• Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain proper accommodation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with HR, logistics, and site teams for mobilization/demobilization.
• Monitor camp inventory, food supply, and housekeeping activities.
• Handle employee grievances related to camp facilities.
• Maintain accurate administrative and operational records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
