Camp Boss

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, laundry, and recreational facilities
• Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of camp infrastructure and equipment
• Conduct staff training and performance monitoring
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across the camp
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, food safety standards, and local regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and report safety issues or incidents
• Maintain inventory records and submit requisitions as required
• Coordinate deliveries and storage of materials
• Maintain camp occupancy records and headcounts
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp reports
• Handle camp-related documentation and audits
• Address employee concerns related to accommodation and camp services
• Promote a positive living environment and resolve conflicts when necessary
• Coordinate recreational and welfare activities
