Position: Facilities Management Specialist

JPC: JPC - 5672

Location: Northern emirates.

Experience:6+ Years

Job Required

  • Manage and monitor the department’s operations to ensure implementation in line with the approved governance framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare required periodic internal and external reports, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with the concerned entities.
  • Lead the implementation of change management initiatives within the department and oversee the achievement of their objectives.
  • Identify proactive professional development opportunities and enhance technical capabilities in line with the department’s work requirements.
  • Supervise renovation or upgrade projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality of implementation in line with requirements.
  • Identify the department’s technical needs and work to fulfil them by adopting effective and economically viable solutions.

Maintenance and Asset Management

  • Plan maintenance activities for facilities and equipment, manage annual maintenance contracts, and monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle the renewal of lease contracts and maintain documentation to ensure continuity of use.
