Camp Boss / Camp Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss / Camp Manager to manage company accommodation facilities and handle camp administration, worker welfare, and logistics coordination including drivers and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the workers’ camp and accommodation facilities
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene within the camp premises
  • Allocate rooms and maintain updated occupancy records
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities
  • Ensure availability of water, electricity, and other basic services
  • Handle complaints and welfare issues of camp residents
  • Manage drivers, vehicle movements, and daily transportation schedules for site staff and workers
  • Coordinate logistics between camp, sites, and office for manpower transportation
  • Monitor fuel usage, vehicle condition, and driver attendance
  • Coordinate catering, cleaning, and laundry services (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with municipality and safety regulations
  • Maintain records of camp assets, furniture, vehicles, and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years experience as Camp Boss / Camp Manager in UAE
  • Experience managing workers’ accommodation and transportation logistics
  • Ability to handle drivers and organize daily transport schedules
  • Good knowledge of camp administration and facility management
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) for record keeping
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
